My name is Toluwalase Duggan (Chef Loola) and I am a nutrition and wellness coach who has spent years studying how to cook healthy and delicious meals that can help manage these conditions.

My journey began when I  lost my  step-mom to cancer, a devastating experience that changed my life forever.
